Zylohub Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 March 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zylohub mobile applications, website, and related services (“Platform”) operated by Zylohub Global Private Limited (“Zylohub”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using Zylohub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Who we are
Zylohub Global Private Limited
- CIN: U78100TN2026PTC189979
- PAN: AACCZ9177C
- TAN: CHEZ04815G
- Registered Address: No.8, 2nd Floor, No.5 Mamatha Apartment, Rajachari Street, T. Nagar, Chennai – 600017, Tamil Nadu, India
For legal and data protection purposes, Zylohub Global Private Limited is the entity providing the Platform and acting as Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What Zylohub does
Zylohub is an online marketplace that connects:
- “Seekers” – workers / job seekers looking for blue‑collar or gig work; and
- “Hosters” – businesses, recruiters, or individuals looking to hire workers.
Zylohub:
- Provides tools to create profiles, post jobs, search and match workers and jobs, communicate, and manage gig workflows.
- Integrates with third‑party payment services (such as Cashfree Easy Split) to facilitate payments between Hosters, Seekers, and Zylohub.
Zylohub does not directly employ Seekers, and does not act as an agent or representative of Hosters or Seekers in any employment relationship; we are a technology platform enabling connections and payments between independent parties.
3. Who can use Zylohub (eligibility)
To use Zylohub, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
- Use the Platform for genuine, lawful work or hiring purposes.
By using Zylohub, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
4. Your Zylohub account
4.1 Registration
To use most features, you must create an account as either a Seeker (worker) or Hoster (business). You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information (such as your name, phone number, email, location, business details).
- Keep your information up‑to‑date.
- Maintain only one account in your real name or your real business name unless we explicitly approve otherwise.
We primarily use your phone number and OTP (via Firebase Authentication) to create and secure your account. You are responsible for keeping your phone and any OTPs confidential and secure.
4.2 Account security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately at
support@zylohub.com
.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe there is suspicious activity, a security risk, or a breach of these Terms.
5. Roles: Seekers and Hosters
- A Seeker is an individual who uses Zylohub to find and accept work or gigs.
- A Hoster is a business, organisation, or individual who uses Zylohub to find and hire Seekers.
You can only use the Platform in the capacity you have selected, and you must not misrepresent yourself (for example, using a Seeker profile to act as a labour contractor without disclosing it).
We may require additional verification for certain Hosters or Seekers (for example, PAN or business documents) before allowing access to specific features (such as payouts, higher limits, or verification badges).
6. Fees, pricing and payments
6.1 For Seekers (workers)
- Zylohub charges Seekers a 5% “success fee” on each completed and paid job/gig facilitated through the Platform.
- This success fee is typically deducted from your payout and handled through our payment partner (such as Cashfree Easy Split).
- The net amount after our success fee and any applicable taxes or charges is credited to your registered bank account or UPI as per the payout schedule.
The exact fee structure may differ for specific promotions, categories, or subscription plans, and we will show this clearly in the app before you accept a job or plan.
6.2 For Hosters (businesses)
- Posting a job and using Zylohub’s basic matching features is generally free to the Hoster (₹0 to post a job), unless otherwise displayed for specific premium features or plans.
- Hosters pay the agreed job amount to the worker (through supported payment flows) and, where applicable, any additional service fees that may be explicitly shown in the Platform.
6.3 Payment processing and Cashfree Easy Split
- Zylohub uses regulated payment partners such as Cashfree Payments, UPI PSPs and banks to process collections, split settlements, and payouts.
- Payment fee will not be included in the success fee of zylohub.
- By using payment features, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and policies of these third‑party providers in addition to these Terms.
- Payment timings (for example, T+1 or T+2 days) can depend on bank and payment partner processes; Zylohub does not guarantee a specific credit time, but we aim to dispatch payouts promptly once funds are settled and verified.
6.4 Taxes
- Seekers are responsible for any income tax, GST (if applicable), or other statutory dues on amounts they earn through Zylohub.
- Hosters are responsible for any TDS, GST, or other statutory deductions they are legally required to make.
- Zylohub may issue tax invoices, TDS certificates, or similar documents where required or feasible, but the primary tax compliance responsibility remains with each user as per applicable law.
7. How jobs and relationships work
7.1 No employment by Zylohub
Zylohub does not employ Seekers. Any engagement between a Hoster and a Seeker (job, gig, shift) is a separate arrangement between those parties.
Nothing in these Terms or on the Platform shall be treated as:
- Creating an employer‑employee relationship between Zylohub and a Seeker.
- Making Zylohub a principal or agent in relation to the contract between a Hoster and Seeker.
7.2 Hosters’ responsibilities
Hosters are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring that jobs posted are lawful, non‑exploitative, and comply with all applicable labour laws (including minimum wage, working hours, health and safety, and restrictions on child labour).
- Providing accurate job descriptions, wages, duration, location, and conditions.
- Paying Seekers fairly and on time for work actually performed, in line with the agreed terms and applicable law.
7.3 Seekers’ responsibilities
Seekers are solely responsible for:
- Honouring commitments once they accept a job (showing up on time, performing the agreed work honestly and to the best of their ability).
- Not misrepresenting their identity, skills, experience, or availability.
- Complying with lawful and reasonable instructions at the workplace and adhering to safety rules.
8. Ratings, reviews and feedback
Zylohub may allow both Hosters and Seekers to rate and review each other after jobs.
- Ratings and feedback are intended to build trust and improve matching.
- You must ensure that any review or comment you post is honest, not abusive or defamatory, and relates to your actual experience.
- Zylohub may, but is not obligated to, remove or modify content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law (for example, hate speech, personal attacks, or false allegations).
You grant Zylohub a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to display, reproduce, and use your ratings and feedback on the Platform for as long as needed to operate and improve the service.
9. Acceptable use and prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Use Zylohub to post or accept jobs that are illegal, unsafe, abusive, exploitative, or involve child labour or trafficking.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or discriminate against any user.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation.
- Try to bypass Zylohub fees by taking Zylohub‑initiated relationships fully off‑platform in a way that is clearly intended to avoid platform charges.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, servers, or networks (for example, by hacking, scraping, reverse engineering, overloading, or injecting malicious code).
- Use bots or automated scripts to create accounts, apply to jobs, or send messages.
- Collect or harvest other users’ personal data in violation of our Privacy Policy or the DPDP Act.
We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or take other action if we believe you are engaging in prohibited activities.
10. Third‑party services and integrations
Zylohub integrates with various third‑party services, such as:
- Firebase (Google) for phone number authentication, messaging and analytics.
- Google APIs such as Maps / Places for address autocomplete and map data.
- Cashfree Payments for payment processing and split settlements.
- Cloudinary and/or AWS for image and media storage and delivery.
These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of features powered by them may be subject to those terms as well. Zylohub is not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by these external services, but we will act reasonably to minimise disruption.
11. Privacy and data protection
Your use of Zylohub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains in detail how we collect, use, store and share your personal data, including:
- Phone numbers and contact information
- Location and device data
- Bank account information (encrypted using AES‑256 at rest)
- Device tokens for push notifications
- KYC and payment information
- Emergency contacts
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms, as updated from time to time.
12. Intellectual property
- All rights, title and interest in and to the Platform, including software, design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics and other content (excluding user‑generated content), are owned by Zylohub or its licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the Platform solely for legitimate hiring or job‑seeking purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform except as expressly allowed by law.
Your content (such as profile details, reviews, photos) remains yours, but you grant Zylohub a licence to use it to operate and improve the Platform as described above.
13. Suspension and termination
We may, at our sole discretion, with or without notice:
- Suspend or limit your access to the Platform (for example, blocking certain features or temporarily disabling your account), or
- Terminate your account,
if we believe that:
- You have breached these Terms or any applicable law.
- You are involved in fraud, abuse, harassment, or high‑risk activity.
- We are required to do so by law, court order, or a government authority.
You may stop using the Platform at any time and request account deletion following the process described in our Privacy Policy. Certain obligations (such as payment of outstanding fees, indemnity, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Platform and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- Zylohub does not guarantee that:

- The quality, safety, legality, or outcomes of any job or work arrangement made through the Platform.
You use the Platform at your own risk and are expected to exercise reasonable judgment and caution when dealing with other users.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Zylohub and its directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of income, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zylohub, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.
- Your misuse of the Platform.
- Your interaction, contracts, or disputes with other users (Hosters or Seekers).
